Informativa sulla privacy
OnTale è un'app per seguire film, serie TV e anime, fatta da Francesco e Nina, il Team di OnTale. Qui spieghiamo quali dati raccogliamo, perché e come puoi gestirli.

Quali dati raccogliamo
- Account: email, nome e nome utente. La password è gestita da Google Firebase: noi non la vediamo. Se entri con Google riceviamo solo nome ed email del tuo account Google.
- Profilo: foto profilo, copertina, livello e statistiche (titoli visti e preferiti), impostazioni di privacy.
- Cosa scrivi su ClubTale: recensioni, voti, discussioni, commenti, mi piace, persone che segui e che blocchi, segnalazioni.
- La tua libreria (titoli, episodi visti, voti, liste): sul cloud solo se attivi la sincronizzazione, altrimenti resta sul tuo telefono.
Perché li usiamo
Solo per far funzionare OnTale: il tuo account, il tuo profilo, la community ClubTale, la sincronizzazione tra i tuoi telefoni e le notifiche delle nuove uscite.
Cosa non facciamo
- Niente pubblicità.
- Non vendiamo e non cediamo i tuoi dati a nessuno.
- Niente strumenti di tracciamento o statistiche d'uso.
Dove stanno i dati
Su Google Firebase (Authentication e Cloud Firestore), il servizio di Google che usiamo per account e dati.
Servizi esterni
Per le schede dei titoli l'app chiede informazioni a TMDB, Streaming Availability, AniList, Anime Filler List e Wikipedia. A questi servizi non inviamo i tuoi dati personali, solo le ricerche dei titoli.
Chi vede cosa
Nome, nome utente e foto sono visibili agli altri utenti di ClubTale. Statistiche e attività le vedono tutti oppure solo i tuoi follower, se scegli il profilo privato in Impostazioni → Sicurezza e privacy. Recensioni, discussioni e commenti li vedono tutti.
Per quanto li teniamo
Finché il tuo account esiste. Se lo elimini, i dati vengono cancellati: come eliminare l'account. Le segnalazioni che hai inviato restano, senza il tuo nome, per la sicurezza della community.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi vedere e correggere i tuoi dati nell'app, esportarli (Impostazioni → Dati e sincronizzazione → Esporta) ed eliminarli. Per qualsiasi richiesta scrivi a assistenzaontale@gmail.com. Puoi anche rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Età minima
OnTale è per persone dai 13 anni in su.
Modifiche
Se cambiamo questa informativa aggiorniamo la data qui sotto e, per i cambiamenti importanti, te lo diciamo nell'app.

Privacy policy
OnTale is an app to follow movies, TV series and anime, made by Francesco and Nina, the OnTale Team. Here we explain which data we collect, why, and how you can manage it.

What we collect
- Account: email, name and username. Your password is handled by Google Firebase: we never see it. If you sign in with Google we only receive the name and email of your Google account.
- Profile: profile photo, cover, level and stats (titles watched and favorites), privacy settings.
- What you write on ClubTale: reviews, ratings, discussions, comments, likes, people you follow and block, reports.
- Your library (titles, watched episodes, ratings, lists): in the cloud only if you turn on sync, otherwise it stays on your phone.
Why we use it
Only to make OnTale work: your account, your profile, the ClubTale community, sync between your phones and new-release notifications.
What we don't do
- No ads.
- We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
- No tracking or usage analytics.
Where the data is stored
On Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), the Google service we use for accounts and data.
External services
For title pages the app requests information from TMDB, Streaming Availability, AniList, Anime Filler List and Wikipedia. We don't send them your personal data, only title searches.
Who sees what
Name, username and photo are visible to other ClubTale users. Stats and activity are visible to everyone, or only to your followers if you choose a private profile in Settings → Security and privacy. Reviews, discussions and comments are visible to everyone.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. If you delete it, your data is deleted: how to delete your account. Reports you sent are kept, without your name, for the safety of the community.
Your rights
You can view and correct your data in the app, export it (Settings → Data and sync → Export) and delete it. For any request email assistenzaontale@gmail.com. You can also contact your data protection authority.
Minimum age
OnTale is for people aged 13 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date below and, for important changes, we let you know in the app.
